Bettas R Friends Not Chew Toys :p

ahhh, i've had smoething like this before, the horomones in the tank are probably in there for too long, just change the water, fresh new water will mix up the horomones that the bettas have released and they will be like new to each other. ive also had these 2 male betas, they wouldn't flare at each other when i put the in a divided tank. i took out the divider and still nothing happened..i was like "waaattt?" i didn't get why but they didnt fight or flare, no sign's of aggresion.

I changed the water and still nuthing they r getting along to good ...ill try the water change again today i just introduced them to some brine shrimp cubes and they love it hopefully they start spawning soon cause vacations almost over

haha me niether until i was taught by this guy i kno, yea bettas do release horomones into the water, its like a scent mark.

I took her and the male out . I put the male in with 4 white clouds and a platy and te female is in a container next to the tank because i have another male im gonna try to breed her with..he seems to like her and ill wait till he builds a nest to release her the male before didnt make a nest or attempt to mate but the female did and shes plump so wish me luck
