Bettas Eat Mts Babies?

I found out that Bettas may eat Malaysian Trumpet snail babies. Is this true? Anyone experience this? Sounds like a good deal if so.

Bettas will eat anything that will fit in their mouths. My sorority eat my 6 cherry shrimps within 24hrs of getting them
