My male betta dimidiata wont eat. He hasnt eaten in over a week.

He is in a cycled, planted 10g
Test results are 0, 0, 5
GH less than 1dh, PH less than 6

I treated him for worms about 2 or 3 weeks ago.

I've noticed hes getting a bit skinny too

I've tried his bug bites food, his food soaked in garlic, live scuds and (please dont hate me lol) a munted guppy fry, who, 3 days later is still swimming around happy as can be. He wont eat.

Suggestions? I can go get frozen or more live food if needed. Havent seen him poop but before he stopped eating it was normal.

edit** hes housed alone since he killed my female, could he be stressed from being alone?

Perhaps try something slower for him, like live blackworms or frozen bloodworms fed from moving pair of tweezers?

I could try that. Do you think a chain pet store would have live ones?

I dont know, my chain stores sell live crickets and such, but nothing live for fish

Alright. I'll have to look around and see if any fish stores have any.

Because he hasnt eaten for almost two weeks lol
He was wild caught and I weaned him off of live foods just fine and he was eating prepared foods, but he stopped eating anything

Oh wow, that’s a long time. Have you tried Daphnia and brine shrimp? Most LFS’s sell both of those.
