Betta With Finrot?

Ello, All the water parameters are fine (checked last night)and he is eating well and active but I think he has finrot.
What medication should I use and how often should I dose it?

What filter are you using. Is the current strong.
Any other fish in the tank with him.

His fins look like there sticking together is this correct.

The filter is a fluval pf2, and the current is very low.
Just 2 other bettas (divided)
The fins are sticking together.

I've been advised to treat with internal bacteria by interpet
