Betta with a pimple ????

My betta Shred has developed what looks like a little pimple on his 'chin'. It looks like a whitehead, off white/tan in color ... just under the skin, and it seems to be irritating him somewhat. Any ideas .... I have a few pics, just not sure how clear they are.

my betta has something similar, it looks like a whitehead with a worm like thing sticking out and it is very rounded and swollen i think it may be a parasite but i treated with silver, salt, and i dont know what else to try but he seems to be living with it fine he's still active

maybe hes goin hrough betta puberty and has acne
