Betta Water Conditioner - What's Different?

Is it alright to use any water conditioner for Bettas (I have Seachem Prime) or is there something special in all the Betta conditioners I see?

Awesome! Ya, all the ones I found were soooooooo diluted and required like half the bottle to treat 5 gallons. Glad I can use Prime. Thanks!

I also use Prime. Never even heard of 'Betta water conditioner'? What's next Betta gravel and Betta lighting?
