Betta Sorority

I'll be setting up a sorority soon and I was wondering if Bolivian rams and bettas would get along. If so, what pair would be best: male x male, female x female, male x female?

I've had rams in with my females with no trouble, but every betta is different!

I would go for either 2 females or a male and a female

what size is the tank and how many females you thinking on having?

It's 75 gallons and I'm planning on having about 15 females and a few livebearers. The tank will have lots of hiding places.

That sounds fine to me, more females the better, they will be aggressive for the first week or so but should soon settle down, every time a new female is added this may happen though!

Guppies can be an issue because of their bright tails they can be nipped at and bullied by females [happened in my case anyways]

The rams will be fine in there

I know guppies aren't good betta tank mates. My female seems to get along fine with them though.

I just realized my LFS doesn't sell Bolivian rams. They sell German Blue rams. Will this make a difference?
