Well yesterday my betta pro pellets came and was so mad had to send the guy a nasty message yet again, the food was not in the original container was just sent in a freezer bag and the pellets were soggy and wet  So thank's to a member here I have sent another order to the other seller. I will put the name of the seller I got mine from so you know to be careful if you buy from him, thought this seller might of been ok due to his feed back, but I might of got him on his bad day? his user names is dinger454

Really sorry to hear this John. A lot of sellers do sell fish food in food bags,- but they should tell you this in the description on the ad. My algae wafers always come in resealable bags,- it saves on postage costs. I did have some betta pellets come once from someone (?) on e-bay and they were in a food bag that was totally taped up so that when we tried to cut it open the teeny tiny pellets flew out all over my kitchen! Rest assured the seller I gave you the other day sends their betta Pro out in the proper container :good:

No way should a seller be sending out soggy, wet pellets

Yeah mine came in a bag not the container to save on postage. I had the same as Nicki mine came in a bag and it was taped and I lost half of them on the kitchen floor. And dinger is Steve from Bettasplendens who we've all bought bettas from. He's usually very good. I got my pellets from him but they weren't wet. He does say in the description they're not in the container to save postage costs.

I would have emailed him and explained they were wet, he's a really nice guy.

It might of been one of these days? might had a lot of orders, or someone else packed them, but I have not left feed back as of yet, just waiting on his reply to my message. Yes I did notice that he sent in bags but after they were sent, my fault here as you should read good the info before buying :good: But If I were selling them I would of put the tub and the photo of the food bay in what they coming in!
