Betta Only Builds A Nest While I'M In The Room

I've had my betta for about 8 months now, when i first got him he built a bubble nest. i didn't know what it was so on the first water change i scooped it out. after that he never built another one until a few days ago. This is what is weird. He will only work on it if i am sitting at my computer desk, and that is the corner closest to where he is building it. If i get up and go lay down on my bed he will stop building and go about business as usual. Within mins of sitting down at my desk he will start working on it, its odd. I snapped a pick while he was working on it, its kinda cool to watch them build one

mine does that - if my GF is sat at the desk by him he goes straight across and just watches and flares at her - never me though lol.

its pretty funny, sadly sometimes my gf gets jealous because she thinks i pay more attention to my fish then her lol.

he has started working on it whenever now, he must be over my company

My betta loves me and my mum, but hates my dad (Maybe it's because my Dad called him a guppy -__- )
