Betta Not Moving During Spawning

my female betta isnt doing anything. how can i get her to move so she can spawn?

have you conditioned the pair then kept the female in a chimney? or just plonked them together

i conditioned and put her in a betta cup in the male tank and i relesed her when she was putting her head down at an angle when the male approched. i cant see bars because shes light colored. the male is fine.
