Hi, I just bought a new Betta and set up a 3 Gallon Tetra Water Wonders tank for him to reside in. The problem is I think he keeps seeing his reflection on each part of the aquarium. He keeps flaring out each times he looks at himself at the glass in the aquarium. I know that this could stress him out really bad. Does anyone know anything about the 3 Gal Tetra Water Wonders tank? Is it a reflective tank (i.e. all the glass is mirrored). If so, what should I do? Please help me out!

I did have a look at one of these through Google so havent seen in the flesh, could you post a picture up of the tank itself? It may need a little more in it to distract him or how long have you had him? As some just need time to settle into very different new surroundings

Perhaps depending on the floor space of the tank you could plant it so it is harder for the betta to see himself?

If you could post a picture of your tank that would be helpful :)

in most glass aquariums bettas can see themselves the only cure is more plants - silk or real ---- not plastic as can cut fins
