Im hoping more people will read this one due to the title. If you are having fry or even adult Betta deaths, and you cannot determine the cause, or your treatments are not working, please have a look at the earlier post 'Help - Sick Betta Babies'. The symptoms indicate poor water quality or bacterial gill infection, (treatments didnt work), and I finally identified gill fluke parasites. I hope to post images of the critters soon, by hooking a camera and laptop to the microscope.
