This might be a long shot :) but I have ordered some betta pro food from ebay but will not be here for 2 weeks and my other foods my betta wil not take. So if anyone is willing and have a little to give me until I get my order it would be a help, if your in my area of Barrow-in-Furness, as I frighten that my fish might suffer with not being feed. If you have I will gladly pay for the food :) I wish local shops sell the right foods to go with the fish they are selling! You can PM me if you need have any and I will give you my details.

Goodness me,- I can't believe it will take that long for them to get it to you. The people I buy it from on e-bay send it out within a couple of days. I haven't got any that I can let you have as I have just ordered some more. (I feed more than one food) I can let you have some Tetra Betta flake if that's any use to you though? At least it's something you can try and see if your boy likes it! I'm more than happy to get some posted to you :D

Thank you fuzzynicki for the offer :) it all sorted now, got some off from my fishing friend that lives in Morecambe as I forgotten that he keeps fish and phoned him up last night and came down today with some Betta pro food :) and he now as started eating them :)might be a good reason that taking so long to post? but I will phone up tomorrow and see whats the hold up. Can I ask you anther question, about life plants :) can you just pot the Anubias plants or do you need to mess around with soils ect? That what put my off putting real plants in my main tank apart from moss's and ferns and the co2 ect, and can you give me some names of floating plants. Will be most welcomed :)

Anubias needs to be tied to either a rock or wood for it to grow.

Floating plants, i find Dwarf Water Lettuce good, and also i leave Cabomba floating my bettas love it :good:

Thank's :) I have just been reading up on Anubias and just like the ferns being tied down :good: so should be an easy job not to disturb Bobby Betta (name came from my 4 year old niece) so have to stick with it :) I noted the floating pants so will have a look around to see if I can find any. I will start putting the Anubias in tomorrow :) thank you again for your kind help :good:

Cabomba is a bushy stem plant but i find it actually grows better floating and all my bettas (i have a fair few lol) love resting in it

Just been looking at that too :) have you got a link here in the forum with photos of all your betta? wil be nice to take a look :) to give me some ideas, as if the one goes ok might get another betta tank :)

Glad to hear that you've got the food sorted John! The anubias will be a great addition to your tank. My amazon frogbit (floating plant) came from e-bay. They sell anubias cheaply on there too. I always find you can't go far wrong with e-bay! :good:

My bettas are all over the forum  i will get some updated pictures of them and there homes up in the week :good:
