Betta fish bloated

Got a betta bout 2 weeks ago and everything’s been fine except it seems I fed it too much (my first time keeping a betta) should I just not feed it or give it a pea ( if I should feed her a pea how do I prepare them )

Hi I am no expert of any sort but it could have worms does it have long stringy white poop ? Also if I where you I would give it a pea I would cook it then take off the skin/shell then mush it up
