Fish Crazy
Hey everyone!
So, I now am the proud owner of three Betta fish. I bought my most recent one because he was a beauty double-tail who was suffering from swim bladder disease. He's doing much better.
Two of the Bettas I own have white in them. My first Betta fish was red in the body with white flowing fins and a bit of red at the top. My other, newest Betta, was blue in the center with white fins. There was a mild tinge of pink and blue - he's stunning.
One thing I always notice with my Bettas though - they always change color. Typically, the color spreads through the white in their new tank.
Is this a genetic factor? Is white finnage a sign of poor health? What's going in...?
