You need a color for what exactly? For one, those are not the only colors bettas come in. If you are just deciding for your next pet betta, might I suggest you choose what you like the most?

Nevermind about the female thing I will probly get a betta after this one dies. If I can I will most likely get a gold one because I have a gold male now and he is so pretty. But I might get blue because thats the color of my first ever betta.
