betta feeding!

hi!how many pellets should i feed my betta.i got my betta in april and from then i feed him 2 pellets a day.cause the worker said @ the pet store 2 pellets aday.but ive seen others feed 8 pellets 2 ther bettas aday.am i starving my betta?any one tell me

i have 7 bettas and they all eat different amounts. i feed till they stop eating to find out how much they like. when i feed pellets i have 2 that will only eat 3 each, then my oldest one will eat 7. try giving 4 and see if he eats all of it, if not try 3, if he does, try 5 tomorrow.
