Betta Emergency

I recently purchased "natural" purple quartz rocks and sea glass for my male betta, and they turned his water purple! I did a 100% water change, replaced the rocks and seaglass with fish gravel, and rinsed everything in the aquarium, but he has developed pop-eye. I have been treating him with Betta Fix ® for 7 days today, and he hasn't at all improved. He still eats and ocasionally swims around, but mostly sits at the surface of the aquarium. Could anyone recommend anything to treat him with?

What are your water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
I would remove the med and try another bacterial med thats treats popeye.
