Fish Crazy
My male betta, after getting a case of fin rot, has lost the ability to swim to the top of the tank. I basically have two options, and I want to know which one is least harmful.
1. Put him in a bowl that he can easily reach the top of
or
2. Every afternoon, pull him up to the surface with a net to let him eat and breathe.
I've been doing two for a while, but what if he drowns or starves while I'm not there? As for one, there are three possible bowls/puny tanks to put him in. One is slightly larger but has too strong of a filter. Two is the classic bowl with no filter, but has the same amount of space. Three is half the size of one and two, but still has a nice filter. Sadly, none of those options have a heater.
