Okay so here i have another question about bettas

When breeding,do their tail types matter? I know you have to specifically select the breeding pair and bloodline you wish to breed however in terms of the actual act of breeding,is breeding a veil tail easier than a crowntail? are plakat fry easier to care for? Do halfmoons have a harder time embracing the female due to their long fins? stuff like that,it may sound silly and whatever however im going to start choosing a suitable pair for breeding and start conditioning them in a week or two,so i've been doing quite a bit of research in the past month, however im torn between starting simple with simple veil tails found in our LFS or going straight to halfmoons/crowntails/etc bought from breeders,i've read quite a lot of articles on how to breed bettas however none have answered my question, rest assured though i am willing to dedicate my time and resources in caring for all the fry,i just want to gather as much info before i start so i do things right.

In short,im simply fishing for any added facts i should take into consideration when breeding since obviously this is my first time.

Personally i'd go straight in for your desired tail, breeding VT's often makes it harder to shift the fry/juvi's on.

i believe PKs are more aggressive spawners

so its the same no matter what tail i breed? and by aggressive breeder do you mean they seem to be more willing to breed? or have more violent fights with each other during the actual breeding process?
