So I have had bettas and other fish over the years. Currently run 5 tanks. 3 are bettas. I recently decided I want to expand my fish hobby to Breeding bettas. I want to really research and do this the correct way. I hate back yard breeders in the dog world and fish are liveing things too so I really dont want to be a back yard Betta breeder. (if that has any logic at all)
So far all I have is the basics. I have a 10 gal tank to breed in. I also have 'cups' to seperate male fry into when they age. What I'm looking for here is the details. What else do I need for supplys befor i look for a breeder to get bettas from? Tank sizes recomended, filtrations, food, water treatments, ect.
I'm looking for any good adivice I can find. If all goes well hubby offered to have a website made for my bettas and everything. I just want to get as much information as I can befor I find my bettas.
