Betta Bloated

at school my teacher has a pair of bettas they are both "bloated" the male is about to "POP"
could it have a tumor or constipated?

or anything else

please help thies fish are very important to are class.

Are they having trouble swimming correctly? This could be constipation or swimbladder, but each go hand in hand. What is the teacher feeding them? Read This and see if he has Swimbladder and/or constipation.
