Betta Barracks Help

Ok guys so I have been looking into making betta barracks but I have a few questions
1) Filtration. What could you use for filtering everything?
2) General. Can anyone break it down for me?

I think most betta barracks use a drip system where clean water is dripped into the tanks and the overflow is then filtered and put through the filtration cycle.

You could always buy an already made barrack?
