Betta And Red Cherry Shrimp

I asked the same question the other day, and I was told yes :)
Although some bettas really have issues with sharing and will attack anything that comes into the tank.
I guess its a territory thing, so would be probably less likely to go wrong in a bigger tank.

The shrimp are already in the tank so hopefully it would be ok with them.

Have you mixed yours yet?

My betta, who's relatively laid back, used to chase the shrimp when they came into view, but now he ignores them so everything's fine. Both the betta and the shrimp like a lot of plants, it helped mine calm down a bit. So you should have many plants too.

Your betta may kill and/or eat the shrimp, especially any baby shrimp, but the shrimp won't hurt the betta
