Betta And Adf Heaven

After getting fed up with the puny 5 gallon these guys were in (and mystery water quality spikes) I decided to begin setting up a 10 gallon for them. These pictures are about a week in, i have to put tons of more plants infor it to be done:

About half a dozen more wide leaf sags, water wisteria and Java ferns will be going in. It's getting about 2.5 WPG with weekly liquid ferts, regular play sand substrate.

i keep my betta in an 8g and he loves it.

i dont get these people who say theyll be fine in anything smaller really.
