I have a Betta in a 2 gallon filtered tank. Would a small catfish help to clean up leftover bloodworms and such? Suggestions?

Thanks, Gary

small cory would eat the bloodworms, mine love them  ! not sure but u did say 2gallon?

Thanks, I'd forgotten about the Corys. Yup a two gallon with a little Eclipse on it. Another question, with a filtered tank do I still need to do the water exchange as often?

Gary

GL is absoluty correct...the smaller the tank...the MORE often water changes are necessary....

OK on the water exchange but can you tell me why? If it is being filtered, with a "state of the art" bio Eclipse...isn't that the whole idea of having a filter?

Gary

the idea of filters is to aid you in between water changes, and these water
changes are benifital to the fish, they put back certain propaties that
are used up, and as gl said the smaller the tank the more water changes
are needed,
