How many and what types of fish do you have in your tank?

Neons are very sensitive to their surroundings. You would have to slowly raise the temperature. I take it you have live plants in the tank?

i,ve got 32 neons 6 corrys and 1 betta. yeah there all live plants and i really don want 2 risk them. i,ve started to raise the tem jst now and will increase it slowly over the next few days. it;s just really the whitespot treatment im not sure of like how it will effect the plants. thanx 4 replyn :good: any more advice i would b very greetfull 4

What size is the tank and what medication are you using?
Are any of the other fish flicking?
What kind of plants do you have?

I suggest that you buy a small heater, make sure it is adjustable. Then move the betta to a container that hold 2 gallons or more. Treat the betta in there with the temp at about 85oF. Once you answer the questions I can give you some tips on treating the main tank.
