Best Water For Guppies

I've got meself an API Freshwater Master Test Kit.
 
There are different levels from different sites as far as water parameters are concerned.
 
My question to members is this  What is the best levels for me Guppies of the following?
 
1) pH
 
2) Hi pH
 
3) Ammonia
 
4) Nitrite 
 
5) Nitrate

pH...anything above 7.0
Ammonia...zero
Nitrite...zero
Nitrate...below 20 ppm, preferably no higher than 10 ppm.
 
The GH is also important.  Tjhis you can ascertain from your water supply board.  It should be hard rather than soft.
