hi ya, i made the mistake of getting guppy's when i started thinking that they were easy to keep, but they are a nightmare no matter what i did i couldn't manage to keep them.

danio's, neon's, silver tips or platy's are easy to keep and can be nice colours. :good:

It would help if you list how big of a tank you have. That will make a difference as to what you eventually keep in there.

As previous poster stated, tank size and filtration type is required to give an answer.

When you say that you have set up your tank ready do you mean it has been cycled? If not then this must be considered first.

If you are not sure what I am on about then read this CLIK HERE

You can cycle your set-up with fish but someone else will have to guide you on this method as I personally don't promote doing that way :good:

Welcome to the forum adelegreen. :hi:

Your first question is a good one. When new to fish keeping, it's easy to make uninformed decisions and wonder why your fish are dying. As suggested, take some time and learn the basics of what a cycled tank means and tell us your tank size, type of filtration and what heater you have.

edit: You might also want to include in your profile what country you are from. Sometimes it helps when forum members respond to a question.
