Best time to dose ferts

Just a quick question. I was wondering when the best time to dose Ferts is? I have just bought some flourish and was wondering if there’s a best time to dose it?

I would do a half dose the day after the weekly water change and then another 1/2 dose a few days later if desired.

If you also meant time of day, the early morning (about 1/2 hour after the tank light comes on) is best. This allows the plants to take up the nutrients during normal photosynthesis.
