Best Plants For Fry

IN my tank i have mainly hygrophilla and the fry hide in this currently?
Was wondering what are the best plants for fry for them to hide in??

Java moss is the best plant for any fry.

Just a little light and it thrives, has many microscopic foods as well which fry love to nibble on.

Free floating elodea promotes infusoria growth which is good foor for fry aswell as any sort of moss wall or carpet.

to answer youngfishers post i have guppy, sailfin molly and black molly fry. tanks is 215l and fish are in my signature
