Best Friends 3g Eclipse

Hardly fair on the cory...

I hope that's not it's permanent home.

They grow too big and active for a 3g, and should be kept in groups just like tetras and other shoaling fish.

Gravel doesnt look good for it either, it's barbles may end up shredded and/or infected in the future.

I have a new 20G that I'm trying to cycle, so my Betta fish has a friend for now. :)

That's good to hear that the cory will be moved and hopefully will get some buddies :D

I dunno what it is with bettas and cories, but it seems they enjoy eachother!
I had a female betta in our community tank that used to always swim and hang out with the cories. She would even rest with them.

Bad photo, but you can see her w/ the cories :)
She was such a sweet betta :(

Anywho, very cute tank. The gravel color really isn't my taste though heh.

Nice tank :)
Where did you get the ammo alert stick on thing? Does it work well?

Thanks! :)

I always see them resting together, maybe they accept each others personalities.
He will be fine until his new home is ready, along with some new buddies. For now he has a Betta friend. :D

I got the AmmoAlert from Petco, it reads up to .50 ppm. Just in case there is a spike in ammonia for any reason.
It works fine, dont have any problems.
