Best Food For Chain Loaches?!?!

Hi guys,

I have two chain loaches in my tank together with 2 Sunset Platy and 4 Neon Tetra. The Neons and Platys seem happy with flakes but I'm worried that my Loaches are going hungry. I have started putting frozen blood worm in the tank same time as flake but never see them eat it.

Any ideas as to what I should be feeding them?

My loaches (yoyo loaches) get the following:

-Flake food; whatever my serpae tetras and African Butterflyfish don't eat
-Sinking Shrimp pellets (once a week)
-Sinking Algae tabs (twice a week)
-Crickets (whenever they're discarded)
-Blanched Zuchinni slices (whenever I feel motivated. Everyone in the tank likes these (except the African Butterflyfish)

The crickets are intended for the African Butterflyfish, but my serpaes like to take them, kill them, and waterlog them so they don't float, therefore they sink to the bottom and the loaches eat them up. Though.. I will admit to seeing my loaches venture to the surface to eat a few cricket legs before the African Butterflyfish chow down.

I don't really see my loaches eat, but I know they are as their bodies are fattening up, they're growing, and there's never any flake food (or food of any description) on the sand in my tank within an hour of feeding time.

Try a sinking pellet of some kind for them. Most pet stores stock a sinking "Bottom feeder" pellet that is intended for Corydoras, Catfish, Loaches and Plecos.
