Best Brand Food For My Betta

What food should I get my Betta. Was thinking pellets? What do you guys use, any particular barnd? Also do I leave her a day when she arrives before feeding? How many time a day do I feed her?

I feed mine on live daphnia, Hikari Betta Bio-Gold pellets and Tetra Betta flakes. I feed in the morning and again at night.
