well i thought i would have a mess around with the camera settings and i tooks some decent pics (for me).

i added an algae tablet and the whole colony of shrimps come out! Counted about 28:

camera is a olympus camedia c-350 (3.2 megapixels) so nothing special so i dont think these are bad for a first time effort :D

They are good pics, endlers are fast little guys and hard to photograph and you have some very nice very red cherrys. The tank is looking very good now.

cheers guys, i rescaped it the other day so hairgrass is not up to scratch yet, you can see the full carpet in my journal (i think i took a pic!)
 
I have took some more, but not of fish, i put some white paper over the flash

A toy tractor, i stood it on some paper with a paper background, i also used the table as a tripod

If your camera has a PASM mode, switch to that and change the ISO setting to its lowest number - it'll make the pic's alot sharper and less grainy.
