Beefheart Discus Food

Does anyone know where i can get some frozen beefheart for my discus in the Gloucestershire area?
I do need to get some quickly

try yorkshire beefheart. they make top quality foods for discus but it will need delivering unless you can get to yorkshire..... its packaged in poly boxes so it doesnt defrost and is used by lots of top discus keepers and breeders in the UK.

alternatively some pre made frozen discus foods contains beefheart that come in the blister packs otherwise a trip to the butchers and make your own food. there are many recipes on the net and im sure it will be much cheaper this way and last you for ages.

Most fish shops sell blisters packs of frozen food.
Phone around the fish shops in your area and see who has some.
