Never watch it so not bothered.
Bcc going down hill fast, all due to the likes of sky.

I think its just that the company who make neighbours are charging too much now, and the bbc are refusing to pay it anymore, its already £25000 each episode.
I'm glad I've recently got a digibox, we can't get channel 5 in this area, and I've watched neighbours since it started. the ads are going to be a pain though

I don't think Neighbours was a "loss" to the BBC and I wouldn't consider it an indication of it going down hill, quite the opposite in fact - however, I did hear they were "dumbing down" their programming so "everyone" could enjoy it. Whatever that means.

There appears to already be a huge amount of programs on TV that my four year old understands. Maybe he's just smart. I wonder exactly how dumb it's all going to become? will the news be more like "Newsround" in future?
