Im up to restock my tank a 100 litre tropical. the ones that i have to put in anyways are 1 plec, 2 bala sharks and 2 red tailed bala sharks, dont worry these fish have been 2gether for a while and they dont fight  . So what else should i put with them?? THANKS U :alien:

100 litres isn't enough space for 1 bala shark, let alone 4 plus 1 pleco. You need to rehome your fish.

hey newbie dont say that 2 me in a question that didnt ask 4 that type of answer have u seen my tank no! If u are goin to say somtin like that u may as well relase every fish in tanks cause any type of tank isnt big enough for a fish!!!!

well then u agree with my other statement and we may as well all relase our fish u give them there space

I agree with Disco, except maybe the pleco part.

A small plec like a pitbull or clown would be ok. But if it's a common or another big plec, then I agree.

There is a big difference between keeping fish that will grow to full size in the tank they are kept in as opposed to those who get stunted and live a shorter life when kept in the wrong sized tank. I agree with what the others have said :)

sorry kiddo,
i hate to say this but 100litres is not big enough for your bala's
or even really for a common plecostomus
i have never heard of "red tailed balas" before

and them living together for a while and "not fighting"

are the "red tailed balas" supposed to be red tailed black sharks?
if so they will live harmonously until maturity, then literally fight to the death one day
they are a solitary species
only one should be kept per tank
if they really are bala sharks then they are schooling fish so of course they will live happily together

bottom line is
your tank is far too small and nothing you say can change that
are you aware of their adult size?
obviously there is some research needing to be done
your fish will be stunted and eventually they will die if kept in such a small tank
you want at very LEAST 130 GALLONS to house a school of balas

100 litres is something like 25 gallons - it is often recommended to keep balas in a 200 gallon tank. Better fish for your tank would be zebra danios, corydoras catfish, small tetras, peaceful barbs (NOT large or tiger barbs!), small rasboras or smaller livebearers or a gourami. You MUST re-home the fish you currently have as all get to be larger than your tank. There are plenty of other great fish that are much more suited to what you have and would be much more attractive and happier. Research the fish you want to get and make sure the ADULT fish will suit your tank BEFORE buying them. (please don't get a clown loach, angelfish, oscar, discus, balas of any discription or a common pleco!!! )

Tiger barbs would be ok if they had suitable tank-mates but that takes research. Angelfish would be ok if kept with suitable tank-mates and in a tank tall enough to keep the adults from having their dorsal outside the tank... permanently (unless they keel over...)

Yes, we need to know what kinda pleco it is. Since he didn't specify, I assumed a common pleco.
