Basic Question

I just bought a 29g tank and was wanted to know if i'm supposed to remove the glue inside of the tank which looks like it seals each corner of the tank, or should i leave it there?

Leave it in there. I would just if the tank a rinse before adding fish and what not.

That is silicone, it is what keeps the tank from leaking at the seams. Removing it would cause the tank to leak.
