Banded Gouramis Yay!

I bought 2 Banded Gouramis [Colisa Fasciata] and they seem to be settling in, however the male has a small black patch just behind his head, below his dorsal fin. Should I be worried?
Is it possible they could be bite marks? He was kept in the same tank as 3 other males.

Hi, unless the fish is visibly in discomfort, keep an eye on it, the mark should heal on its own, nothing to worry about. Of course, in the future, try to avoid any sick or ill-looking fish! Banded Gourami are stunning little fish, good choice.
