when i fed my fish this morning from a birds eye view i was looking at them and when my mollies were competing for food i noticed the one was darker than the other is it normal they come from the same tank in the shop fed the same food always together im not sure what it is .

Can you post water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph, what size tank, how many fish, and which type, usually when a fish darkens in colour it can be a bacteria infection.

If they came from the store like that, and you've had them a while, it could be normal. Just variations in color. Some of my Guppies, for example, are a lot darker then their siblings.
If this just happened, it could be like Wilder said, a bacterial infection.
