Hi sorry if this is in the wrong section or has already been answered, i'm new to the forums. I have a 64 litre tank set up with 5 adult balloon mollies and a few fry in a sperate tank. I was thinking about adding another species. I would love a few corydoras, maybe panda cories? Would they be OK with the mollies, bearing in mind I am using a small amount of aquarium salt. Failing that maybe a small shoal of tetras? Any info is apreciated. ^_^

they will be wonderfully fine with panda corys,my friend has 8 panda corys with 10 ballon mollies and they all get a long so that will be a yes, just always remember never over stock, good luck

Cories are a bit sensitive to salt...some tolerate it better than others. I would just remove the salt with water changes. The fish don't really need it at all and it is just one more unnecessary expense.

Thanks for the info. I think I will get some panda cories as they are small and so they should all have plenty of room. :thanks:

Panda cories are not small. The ones that you are seeing in the LFS may well be small but a panda cory can easily reach 5 cm, 2 inches.
