I bought three balloon mollies yesterday, only when getting them home I realised that they had come from a mixed tank. I have ended up with a black and a white male and the other is an orange female. The males are quite happy swimming around and surprisingly not bothering the female. However, she looks like she is alreay pregnant and is keeping very much to the planted areas of the tank or under the bridge. Is this anything to be worried about?

The main concern I would have with your situation is that there are less females than males in the tank. The best situation would be about 5 females and only one male, an acceptable ratio is 3 females to each male when there is more than one male. Reversing the ratio to be heavy in males will eventually mean that the female is pestered more than she will ever appreciate. It may be that she is hiding because she has already had enough of their attentions.
