Balloon Kissing Gourami

How big do these get?

Their natural counterpart - the kissing gourami, gets to 8". The balloon kissers are a mutation and rarely get that big, usualy reaching a max size of 6", occasionaly 7". They should be in a 30 gallon minnimum (both varieties) and are impossible to visualy sex accurately.

In the wild, normal kissing gouramis can grow to a foot long, but 8" is more common in captivity
