Ballon Molli

I came home today to find my ballon molli on its back at the bottom of the tank. it is alive, though breathing very slowly. i netted her and pulled here to the top of the tank. when i let het out of the net she fell stright to the bottom, though her pectral fins and her tail seem to be working ok, she just seems not to be able to right herself or control her depth in the tank. any ideas guys?

died last night she looks fine, colour, scales, fins and tail so sad to see her go,
