Bala Shark Swollen Underside

I have posted this in the cyprinids section, someone suggested that I try this section.

As you can see from the picture one of my silver sharks has a swollen underside which I originally thought was
due to pregnancy, but I have since learnt that this cannot be the case.

Does anyone have any ideas or had this problem before?

Does the swelling look hard or like filled with fluid.
What does it look like when the fish goes to the toilet.
Is the anus enlarged or red and inflamed.
What do you feed the fish.
Is there white marks on the bala can see some in the pic.
