Bala Help.....

My larger bala has a haze over the top half of the eye that i have not notices before. all my other fish are ok. and my parameters are 0 ammonia and nitrite. as to nitrate its high 40-80 but my kit mesures my tap water at the same level.

he is eating and is active (To active to photo) is it stress or should i be worried??? his body looks fine no marking.

Your tanks overstocked.
bala sharks need 90 gallon tanks.
The plec the tanks to small.
Red tailed shark need 40 gallons.
Do you mean the fish eye looks cloudy.
Is your tap ntirate reading 40.

This has cleared.... Im taking it stress. he seems fine now.

And yes my tap water is about 40 ppm nitrate..

You will soon need to think about getting them a larger tank.
