GOOD NEWS(?): Fortunately it was one of three golden sucking loaches bought about 2 weeks ago, the ones that supposedly turn really aggressive when they grow older and bigger. I found it laying on top the the sponge 3D background...it's abdomen area was severely bruised and I could see its insides
. Cause of death cannot be confirmed but the larger one of the two remaining seems to be attacking the other smaller one (chasing/darting at it).
I feel another death coming on soon, one of the female wag platies that I bought firstly has been very inactive (lingers around, doesn't eat) and off-colour. I had to air stones to the tank which might have helped because I see more of it now. Will try and get a picture but there are no visible signs of diseases that I know of.
