So this is my 2nd bacteria bloom in 3 yrs. i have a 20 gal long with 2 live roock and a ceramic piece. the fish are 3 clowns, also 5 small hermit crabs and countless bristle worms in the substrate. this time i noticed the cloudy water and stench before it was too late and removed all fish/crabs to a 2nd tank. how long will/should it take to dissipate and/or should i just empty the tank like i did last time. new filter cartridge was installed and have added Prime nitrates remover.the only plants are small patch of green hair algae on the ceramic submarine....thanks
