I have about 12 Fry in a5 gallon tank but I do know that I need a sucker fish .will a sucker fish eat my baby fry

What kind of fry, and why do you think you need a "sucker fish?"

Just to help keep the tank clean.it helps with my 20 gallon.I still do regular water changes.I haven't Molly fry

Have Molly fry

I don't know of anything that would work in a 5g tank, except for shrimp. Red cherry shrimp are excellent cleaner uppers.

Sucker fish would out grow your tank, and I think your talking about pleco because Chinese Algae Eaters prefer colder water from what I've heard. What do you plan on doing with your fry, they will need a 29g+ tank eventually. However, you could try some shrimp that could eat some leftover debris. Shrimp have almost no bioload too, you can keep like 15/gallon if you had nothing else.

Chinese Algae Eaters are a fish you should never put in your tank.
